Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Customer Support role located in Bengaluru. As part of the role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring their satisfaction. Tasks include resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical problems, and offering support aligned with company protocols. Collaboration with other teams to enhance user experience and improve support processes will also be key aspects of the role.
