Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Technical Computer Support Fresher. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, addressing network-related problems, managing system installations, and providing technical assistance to users. The candidate will also collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient system operations and maintain accurate documentation of IT services and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting along with basic system installations
- Basic networking knowledge, including configuration and problem resolution
- Customer support and technical assistance capabilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to provide effective service
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous internship or project experience in IT support or a related domain is a plus
