Job Description

As a Tealium Implementation Specialist at Techiebutler, you will be responsible for deploying,

managing, and optimizing our Tealium Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Tag Management System

(TMS).

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and development to

ensure seamless data integration and accurate tracking across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Tealium iQ Tag Management: Implement and manage tags across web and mobile platforms using Tealium iQ.
• AudienceStream CDP: Set up and maintain customer data profiles within Tealium AudienceStream,
  
  

ensuring data is unified and actionable.

• EventStream: Configure and manage event-level data collection from various digital channels using
  
  

Tealium EventStream.

• Data Integration: Work with third-party tools to integrate customer data with marketing and analytics platforms.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Diagnose and resolve issues related to tag implementation, data
  
  

tracking, and data consistency.

• Collaboration: Partner with marketing, analytics, and development teams to ensure that data-driven
  
  

strategies are effectively executed.

• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of all Tealium implementations and
  
  

processes.

• Training: Provide training and support to internal teams on how to use Tealium tools effectively.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Tealium iQ, AudienceStream, and EventStream.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Experience with tag management systems and customer data platforms.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including tracking and analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Experience with other CDPs, TMS, or analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
