Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tech support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in tech support/ event operations, with a strong background in fabrication, vendor management, and hardware knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating events, ensuring effective execution.
- Vendor Management: Identify and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Fabrication Oversight: Oversee the fabrication of event materials and coordinate setup.
- Technical Support: Maintain knowledge of equipments and troubleshoot issues on-site.
- On-site Management: Supervise operations during events to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications:
- 6 month to 1 year of experience in Tech support, operations or a related role.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
