Assistant Manager – Technical Sales | Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Technical Sales to join our sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in technical sales and application engineering of industrial products such as gearboxes, geared motors, electric motors, power transmission equipment, or industrial automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical sales and application engineering activities for industrial drive solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and key industrial customers.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimations, and coordinate order execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Provide post-sales technical support and ensure timely payment collections.
- Achieve sales targets and submit regular sales/visit reports.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 8–10 years of experience in Technical Sales/Application Engineering.
- Experience with industrial gearboxes, geared motors, electric motors, or power transmission products.
- Strong customer relationship management and key account handling skills.
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals.
- Good communication skills and willingness to travel.
- AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
