Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Analysis

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical designs, providing actionable feedback.
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases aligned with product goals.
• Define and track quality KPIs to measure product performance.
  
  

Automation Testing

• Design and build robust test scripts using Selenium (Java), Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Automate API testing using Postman & Rest Assured.
• Maintain and optimize automated test suites for maximum coverage.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for seamless continuous testing.
  
  

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

• Collaborate with developers to log, track, and resolve defects.
• Propose and implement QA process enhancements for efficiency gains.
• Optimize testing strategies to improve software performance.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and industry standards.
• Stay ahead of emerging tools, trends, and methodologies in testing.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on Automation Testing experience.
• Expertise in Selenium (Java), Cypress, Playwright, and Appium.
• Proven experience in API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
• Skilled in SQL for database testing.
• Sharp problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
