Project Planning: Assist in creating project plans and timelines to ensure smooth project execution. 2. Communication: Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring that team members and management are well-informed about project updates and changes. 3. Monitoring Progress: Track milestones and deliverables to ensure the project stays on track. Report potential issues to the project manager. 4. Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring that all information is current and accessible. 5. Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items. 6. Risk Management: Assist in identifying potential project risks and contributing to the development of mitigation strategies. 7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with project specifications. 8. Reporting: Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, issues, and risks.Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using M365 tools. 2. Experience: Knowledge of Jira or other project management software is a plus. 3. Certifications: PMP or any other project management certification is a plus. Details: Designation: Project Coordinator - Cybersecurity Location: Ahmedabad Qualification: BBA, BCA, BSC, MBA, MCA, MSC (IT or Cybersecurity) Internship Duration: 6 Months After the completion of the internship, based on performance assessment, full-time employment will be offered with a competitive salary package.
