Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tech Writer role based in the Mohali district. The Tech Writer will specialize in creating high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, developer guides, and other resources. Responsibilities include translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content, collaborating with product teams to ensure accuracy, and continuously updating existing documentation to reflect the latest developments. Additional tasks include organizing and maintaining content repositories and adhering to documentation best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Writing and Technical Communication techniques
- Experience in creating and maintaining Technical Documentation for software, including user guides and developer manuals
- Strong ability to draft well-structured and clear Documentation for various audiences
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks used in preparing Technical Manuals
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational, research, and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the hosting, cloud, or technology industry is a plus
