- Act as the second-in-line to the Head of Talent Acquisition, contributing to hiring strategy and execution
- Lead end-to-end hiring across Tech, Data Science, AI/ML, Product, Risk, and FinTech roles
- Drive and own campus hiring strategy, especially for Data Science and analytics talent in the Bangalore ecosystem
- Manage and mentor a distributed TA team (4-5 members) across geographies, including hiring pods across corporate and branch hiring
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk, and Business functions to shape hiring plans
- Own high-complexity, niche hiring mandates
- Ensure strong operational rigor, governance, and hiring process excellence in a lean setup
- Build and leverage market intelligence across FinTech, AI/ML, and tech talent ecosystems
A Successful TA Should Have
- 10-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (flexible up to ~14 years)
- Strong background in FinTech / BFSI / Tech startups / product organisations
- Proven expertise in Tech hiring, including Data Science, AI/ML, Product, and Analytics roles
- Ability to handle high-complexity, niche hiring mandates vs. pure volume hiring
- Experience managing distributed teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to balance strategy and execution in a lean environment
- Exposure to campus hiring and talent pipeline building is preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
