About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team at NKlusive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support across hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring seamless operations within our organization. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, supporting our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a graduation or post-graduation degree in any stream. Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar technical support role. A strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems is essential. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure management, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office 365 and Azure are preferred. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and networking issues encountered by staff and management.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT infrastructure components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors promptly to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates and backups, to optimize performance and security.
  • Manage network connectivity, including LAN/WAN setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliable internet and intranet access.
  • Support and manage Microsoft Office 365 and Azure environments to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty claims as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware inventory, software licenses, and maintenance logs.
