Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tech Support - L1.5 role located in Bengaluru. The position involves providing front-line technical support to resolve customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring a seamless customer support experience. The role also includes addressing user queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to service improvement processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve software and hardware issues.
- Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose problems and implement efficient solutions.
- Customer Support skills, with an emphasis on effective communication and empathetic service.
- Focus on achieving high Customer Satisfaction through timely issue resolution and quality support.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of networking and software systems is a plus.
- Experience in educational technology or related industries is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
