Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tech Support - Desktop L1.5 role based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on providing first-line technical support for desktop systems, troubleshooting issues, and delivering customer-focused solutions. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and continuously enhance processes to optimize efficiency in technical support operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify, assess, and resolve technical problems
- Experience with Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, maintaining professional communication and support standards
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to new challenges, and collaborate with teams effectively
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with common operating systems and relevant diagnostic tools
