πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities

βœ… Provide technical support during online classes (LMS, Zoom, Google Meet)

βœ… Assist with login, connectivity, audio/video & platform issues

βœ… Handle parent & student queries via calls, email, and chat

βœ… Ensure smooth student onboarding and learning access

βœ… Coordinate with academic, admissions & tech teams

βœ… Maintain CRM records and resolve support tickets efficiently

βœ… Identify opportunities for upselling school programs, add-on courses, and services based on student needs

βœ… Support retention and parent engagement through proactive communication


πŸ”Ή Requirements

βœ” Laptop with stable high-speed internet (Mandatory)

βœ” Fluent communication in English & Hindi

βœ” Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge

βœ” Strong customer handling, communication & persuasion skills

βœ” Ability to explain programs confidently and support upselling conversations

βœ” Experience in EdTech/Customer Support preferred
