Dreamtime Learning Online School is looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy professional to join our growing team and support students, parents, and teachers in delivering a seamless online learning experience.
π Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
πΌ Role: Tech Support cum Customer Support Executive
π° Salary: Up to βΉ3 LPA (Including PF)
π΅ Take Home: Approx. βΉ21,200/month
β Provide technical support during online classes (LMS, Zoom, Google Meet)
β Assist with login, connectivity, audio/video & platform issues
β Handle parent & student queries via calls, email, and chat
β Ensure smooth student onboarding and learning access
β Coordinate with academic, admissions & tech teams
β Maintain CRM records and resolve support tickets efficiently
β Identify opportunities for upselling school programs, add-on courses, and services based on student needs
β Support retention and parent engagement through proactive communication
β Laptop with stable high-speed internet (Mandatory)
β Fluent communication in English & Hindi
β Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
β Strong customer handling, communication & persuasion skills
β Ability to explain programs confidently and support upselling conversations
β Experience in EdTech/Customer Support preferred
