Lead Backend Developer (Golang)

We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer to lead backend initiatives, build scalable microservices, and work closely with global product teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop backend systems using Golang. Build APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions. Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps). Optimize and troubleshoot backend applications. Requirements: 7+ years backend experience (4+ years in Golang). Strong in microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Good database skills (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes. Leadership/mentoring experience preferred. Excellent communication skills.
