Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tech Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru South, with some flexibility to work remotely. The responsibilities include identifying and targeting potential clients, driving technical sales, managing key accounts, providing technical support, and delivering excellent customer service. The Tech Sales Manager will also oversee sales strategies to meet business goals and build sustainable client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in providing Technical Support and implementing solutions for clients.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in managing hybrid work environments and adapting to dynamic customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the technology education sector is a plus.
