- Location: Baner, Pune

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)
- Shift: India Night Shift

We’re seeking a Tech Recruiter - Voice Process with proven full-cycle recruiting experience in in Tech Recruitment. The ideal candidate excels at identifying top talent, managing multiple requisitions, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for Tech Recruitment.
- Communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Engage and assess web applicants to determine their qualifications, interest, and availability.
- Proactively source top talent through various job platforms.
- Adapt to varying requisition volumes based on client demand.
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, career goals, and technical expertise to ensure role alignment.
- Work within client VMS platforms to submit candidates, track interview progress, and monitor offers.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of consistent and high-performing recruiting experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience with ATS and VMS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to source proactively and manage a dynamic workload.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
