As a Recruitment Associate, you will own end-to-end hiring for US-based roles, primarily for product-driven startups. The role demands strong execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment consistently.
Minimum Experience: 2 to 8 years
Requirements
- Strong experience in closing roles for product-based companies (mandatory)
- Exposure to hiring for US-based roles (preferred)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- High ownership, execution-driven mindset, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Key Responsibilities :
- Sourcing the right profiles from US-specific job portals like Dice, LinkedIn, and Juicebox, and for India-specific job portals like Naukri.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify top talent
- Managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs
- Utilizing ATS to streamline the recruitment process and track candidate data
- Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Negotiating job offers
- Collaborating with team members to ensure successful recruitment outcomes
- Mentoring Junior Recruiters and managing a team of 3-5 people.
