We're Hiring: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
At HyreSnap, we help some of the fastest-growing product and technology companies build exceptional teams. We're looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys connecting with great talent and partnering with hiring managers to drive successful hiring.
Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Joining: Immediate (within 2–3 days preferred)
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a great candidate experience from start to finish.
- Manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience hiring for engineering or technology roles.
- Experience hiring for product companies is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Strong communication, ownership, and organizational skills.
