Ideal Profile
- 2-4 years in technical recruitment in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed.
- Understand IT/tech roles and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions under tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills for salary discussions and offers.
- Proficiency in ATS and HR tools is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
