Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Tech Partner specializing in Flutter and Bloc state management, with 3-4 years of experience. The Tech Partner will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, efficient mobile application solutions using Flutter. This includes implementing Bloc state management for seamless application functionality, troubleshooting technical challenges, and optimizing app performance. As a key team member, the Tech Partner will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to support the continuous improvement of the platform, playing a significant role in the company’s growth and evolution.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Flutter framework and Bloc state management, with 3-4 years of experience in mobile app development.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving, debugging, and optimizing performance.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and Technical Support to ensure seamless functionality and enhance user experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work on an equity basis to contribute to and grow with a dynamic startup.
- Passion for innovation and interest in live commerce or e-commerce industry trends is a plus.
