Key Responsibilities for Chat Process Executive Roles: - Reply to customer questions through chat quickly and clearly. - Give correct information about products and services. - Solve customer problems or send them to the right team. - Keep a record of chats and customer details. - Follow company rules and use polite language. - Manage many chats at the same time. - Update customer details in the system when needed. - Make sure customers are happy with the help they get. Key Responsibilities for Customer Support Associate Roles: - Talk to customers through phone, email, or chat in a friendly way. - Help customers with their questions or problems. - Give correct and clear information about products or services. - Fix customer issues or send them to the right team. - Write down what was discussed with each customer. - Follow the company's rules while talking to customers. - Work with teammates to solve problems faster. - Make sure the customer is happy with the help they get. Key Responsibilities for EMR Application Analyst Roles: - The EMR software is taken care of in hospitals or clinics. - User needs are understood, and suggestions are given to improve the system. - Software problems are fixed, and solutions are found. - System updates and testing are helped with. - Doctors, nurses, and staff are taught how to use the system. - Patient data is checked, kept safe, and saved properly. - Improvements are made by working with tech and medical teams. - Simple reports are prepared, and records of changes are kept.
