Job Description :
Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Establishing a positive relationship with all clients and customers in person.
Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
