In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for users who need help with IT issues. That means you'll be solving problems, guiding users, and ensuring smooth operations across various platforms.

As a Service Desk professional at Tech Mahindra, you'll be the go-to person for IT support needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound technical support requests from customers via phone and email.
Providing timely resolutions for hardware, software, and network-related queries.
Logging incidents and managing tickets using the organization's service desk tools.
Following standard operating procedures to escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and technical problem-solving.
Working in shifts as part of a 24/7 operational support model.
You'll be trained on the job and supported by experienced team leads and managers to help you grow your skills and confidence.
