About the role

Tech Mahindra is hiring fresh graduates under its Train and Hire model for a Technical Support role focused on service desk operations. This position offers hands-on experience in IT support for international clients, with comprehensive training provided before deployment. Responsibilities: Handle technical queries from global customers through voice support. Resolve user-reported issues or escalate them to the concerned department. Record, track, and manage support tickets efficiently. Deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction. Work according to standard IT service management practices. Eligibility Criteria: Graduation in any discipline (preferably IT or related fields). Passing year must be 2023 or 2024. No active backlogs at the time of application. Strong verbal communication skills. Basic technical understanding or interest in IT support. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
