SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) Job Title: SAP C4C Consultant Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and maintain SAP C4C systems to meet business requirements. Optimize business processes and ensure smooth SAP C4C operations. Translate business needs into system solutions and drive continuous improvements. Manage incident resolution, troubleshooting, and end user training. Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document business processes. Integrate business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP C4C. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP C4C. Proven expertise in delivering solutions to partners and customers. Strong background in incident management, troubleshooting, and end user training. Experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining SAP C4C systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. SAP certification in C4C is preferred
