Job Summary

A Salesforce Sales Cloud consultant's job involves understanding client needs, configuring the Sales Cloud platform to align with those needs, and ensuring its effective use by sales teams. This includes tasks like setting up sales processes, lead management, and integrations with other systems. They also provide training and support, and stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features. JD: 1. Should be able to analyze the Business Requirement, translate into actionable solutions, leveraging the platform's capabilities. 2. Should be able to handle the Remediation Activities like Data Storage/Archival, Documents Storage etc., 3. Should be able to analyze and highlight the major/minor changes during Salesforce Upgrades. 4. Should be able to liaise with Salesforce team and assist with technical solutions (to vendor team) if any. 5. Should be able to analyze, verify and review the technical solutions provided by the vendor, before deployments. 6. Should be able to participate in all the business meetings and highlight the platform capability challenges and suggest platform out of box solutions (from app store) if any. 7. Responsible for implementing solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity. 8. Interacting and negotiating with customers & Vendors as and when required to enable suggestions enabling better solution ideas. 9. Excellent communication skills and Consulting Skills. 10. Effectively communicator at multiple levels in the organization. 11. Confident, self assured, team player, ambitious and driven. 12. Should have 12 16 years of experience in the IT Industry where in majority of expertise is in Salesforce. 13. Should have minimum of 6+ years of experience in Platform architecture. 14. Knowledge on Copado/Flosum/Devops tools is expected and any certifications is an added advantage. 15. Multiple Salesforce technical certifications will be required. 16. Should be able to analyze the platform and suggest to have the best features or standards such that tools & applications that can be utilized / Implemented for the project growth, development and endurance.
