Job Summary

Job Requirements: Programming and Automation: Advantageous experience with Excel macros, Visual Basic scripts, or similar technologies. Expertise in at least one RPA tool, with mandatory certification in Blue Prism. Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, and database management. Database and DevOps: Deep understanding of MSSQL, with knowledge in DevOps practices including CI/CD, configuration management, and cloud services like Azure, alongside experience with virtual machines or containers. Automation Focus: Experience in Excel, Email, Database, and SAP automation. Skills in real-time selector issues resolution, exception handling in RPA objects and processes, and MultiBot operations. API and Integration: Experience in building and integrating APIs with Blue Prism. Responsibilities: Case Management: Oversee and distribute process workloads effectively. RPA Supervisor Tool: Experience in implementing and using this specific RPA tool. Process Monitoring: Ensure all processes are completed by reviewing logs. Automation Oversight: Control, administer, and coordinate automated processes within the operational environment. Digital Worker Management: Lead and manage Digital Workers. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the time it takes for the Login Agent to complete tasks and for Digital Workers to begin work. Access Control: Assign appropriate access rights to Digital Workers for business processes, ensuring correct Active Directory group memberships and file access permissions. Exception Handling: Manage and investigate any exceptions that occur. Support & Change Management: Initiate change requests or support calls as needed to maintain or improve processes. Issue Resolution: Address daily operational issues in automated processes quickly. Project Management: Manage risks and issues, contributing to change control within project limits. Business Analysis: Blend analysis with hands-on automation configuration, understanding and translating workflow logic. Documentation: Write clear, concise technical documentation.
