About the role

We are currently hiring for a Technical Support Executive (Voice/ Non Voice Process) Roles & Responsibilities: Primary responsibility of team member will be to answer calls/ tickets/ chats and support customers/ field engineers from various queues This is a 12 x 7 support involving various responsibilities covering above silos All transactions handled must be documented and the provided CRM to be updated Scope of work may also involve outbound calling when process requires. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide step by step solution. Deliver excellent Customer service in a timely manner. Requirements: International Voice Process experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Any Graduation Basic technical knowledge (internet, LAN, WAN, network) Freshers are eligible. Able to work in 24*7 rotational shifts. 5 working days and 2 rotational week offs. Two-way transportation provided.
