IAM Architect - Azure AD, MIM & Azure SSO

Job Summary

IAM Architect, Microsoft /Azure Experience of 8+ years in IAM Implementation, development, and production support. Candidate should have very good coding & analytical skills. Candidate should be good at oral and written communication skills. Should have completed at least 3 4 implementations. The candidate should be well versed with following Identity & Access Management features: Must have good hands on experience in developing IAM solutions using Azure AD ,MIM & Azure SSO Application On boarding of type LDAP/AD, JDBC, O365, Office exchange, ticketing tools, SAP HR, SAP GRC, CSV application, etc., End to end design of workflow for creation of non authoritative User, Joiner, leaver, Rehire, Mover, Name change, Service Account creation, Immediate Termination, Customization of Attribute sync, Removal of entitlement (non connected app) for Leaver process Email Approval Process Request Access for Role and Entitlement with three level of customization approval process and email notification. Lifecycle Events Batch Requests Managing Policies Hands on experience in web services, XML, SOAP and JMS. Hands on Custom connector development experience Involvement in a successful Pursuit of a potential Identity management client by being part of the RFP response team Contribute towards the definition of product and technical roadmaps Create and support security policies, standards, and processes based on customer business goals. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Use case design, Solution Requirements Specification and mapping business requirements to technical requirements (Traceability Matrix) Hands on Custom connector development experience Good exposure in Deployment, Management and Monitoring Good exposure in Access Request and Life cycle event failure analysis Hands On experience on different Authentication Mechanism i.e. SAML, OAuth, Open ID Connect etc. Hands On Experience on Access management tool integration with MFA tools i.e. Azure , Okta, Google Authenticator, RSA Secure ID etc. Cloud Security : Experience & knowledge: ¿ Possess in depth skills designing and implementing Cloud Security Governance strategies (preferably Azure). ¿ Extensive experience authoring Infrastructure as code and policy as code. Familiarity with tools like Azure Security Centre, ASC Compliance Centre, ARM, Bicep, Terraform, etc. ¿ Experience building cloud guardrail controls across identity, networking, infrastructure, cost etc. ¿ Experience with Azure governance tools: Azure Policy, Blueprints, Azure Resource Graph etc. ¿ In depth knowledge of cloud security architecture and governance across all cloud service models (IaaS,PaaS etc). ¿ Experience working in a global security team that required partnership with Global Application/Product/Solution owners and project teams to deliver reliable and scalable security capabilities and strategies optimizing confidentiality, integrity, availability, functionality, performance, ¿ Support ongoing business stakeholder dialog of security strategies, priorities and governance. Technical skills & qualifications: ¿ Professional certifications in information technology and cloud security (Preferred): Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert, Terraform Associate etc. ¿ In depth knowledge of cloud security architecture and governance across all cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS etc).
