Job Description: Conversational AI Engineer Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Conversational AI Engineer. As a Conversational AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge conversational experiences using natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and other AI techniques. Capable of building intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, and other conversational interfaces. Qualifications: Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, or a related field. Experience:
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in developing conversational AI systems.
• Experience with NLP techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Skills:
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages commonly used in NLP.
• Strong understanding of NLP algorithms and techniques.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms, such as CCAI or Yellow.ai
• Knowledge of dialogue management frameworks and techniques.
• Experience in chatbot development best practices. Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity and a passion for building engaging conversational experiences. Bonus Points:
• Experience with voice technologies, such as speech recognition and text-to-speech.
• Experience with building and deploying conversational AI systems at scale.
• Experience with specific industry verticals relevant to the company's business.
