Job Role: Associate – Voice Process Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate Experience: Freshers welcome Salary: Up to ₹2.5 LPA Job Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata Work Timings: 24×7 rotational shifts (6 days working, 1 rotational week off) Age Limit: Maximum 40 years Job Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and complaints over voice calls. Offer timely and effective solutions. Maintain positive relationships with customers. Ensure quick resolution and follow-up on issues. Support the customer service team in daily operations. Eligibility Criteria: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both are mandatory). Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass). Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
