Job Summary
JD for Ab initio Architect (Band P1) Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Ab Initio software. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and define data integration solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, data mappings, and process flows. Perform data analysis and profiling to ensure data quality and consistency. Troubleshoot and debug ETL processes, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. Optimize performance of ETL jobs to meet SLAs and performance requirements. Provide technical support and assistance to users, resolving issues and answering questions related to Ab Initio solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data integration and ETL development. Skills and Qualifications: 12-18 years of experience in designing and developing ETL solutions using Ab Initio software. Strong understanding of data integration concepts and methodologies. Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and shell scripting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with other data integration tools and technologies is a plus. Ab Initio certification is desirable.
