ViSNET AI is a B2B technology leader focused on revolutionizing industrial inspections through AI and drone automation. Our core product is an AI Infrastructure Intelligence Platform that processes complex drone data to automate anomaly detection and predictive maintenance. We are seeking a technical leader who excels at deploying high-performance Computer Vision models within a scalable Full-Stack architecture.
The Role: CV Deployment & Full-Stack Architect
As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our intelligence platform—from how a Computer Vision model runs on the edge/cloud to how that data is visualized for the end-user. You will be responsible for ensuring our AI solutions aren't just "accurate in a lab," but are robust, fast, and integrated into a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
• CV Deployment & Optimization: Lead the integration of Computer Vision models (Object Detection, Segmentation, 3D Reconstruction) into production environments. You will optimize inference speeds and manage the pipeline between raw drone imagery and actionable AI insights.
• Full-Stack Ownership: Architect and maintain the end-to-end platform using React.js for the frontend and Python/Node.js for the backend. You will ensure the UI can handle complex data visualizations (like 3D models or thermal overlays) with high performance.
• Product Intuition & Understanding: You must bridge the gap between "technical possibility" and "product necessity." You will analyze user needs to decide which AI features provide the most business value and how they should be surfaced in the UI.
• High-Level Communication: You will act as the technical anchor for the team. This requires the ability to explain complex CV deployment bottlenecks to the product team and provide clear, mentorship-driven code reviews for full-stack developers.
• System Scalability: Design API architectures and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) that can handle large-scale image and video processing workloads without latency.
Qualifications
Technical Expertise
• Computer Vision Mastery: Experience deploying models in production (e.g., YOLO, OpenCV, PyTorch, or TensorFlow). Knowledge of handling video streams and 3D photogrammetry data is a major plus.
• Full-Stack Development: Expert proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI) and JavaScript (React.js). You should be comfortable building complex dashboards that interact with heavy backend data.
• Deployment & Cloud: Strong experience with Docker, CUDA environments, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP). You know how to manage the infrastructure required for GPU-accelerated tasks.
Leadership & Communication
• Product-Focused Leadership: A history of leading technical teams with a focus on shipping products, not just code. You understand the "why" behind the features you build.
• Articulate Communicator: You can distill complex technical concepts into clear documentation and verbal briefings. You are comfortable leading sprints and collaborating across functions.
• Strategic Problem Solver: You identify architectural risks early and can balance the need for rapid prototyping with long-term code stability.
Education & Experience
• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years in software development, with specific experience in AI-driven products or industrial SaaS.
Why ViSNET AI?
You won't just be writing code; you'll be building the brain of an industrial automation ecosystem. With a competitive CTC and significant ESOP upside, you will have a direct stake in a company that is digitizing the physical world’s infrastructure.
