Warehouse Operations Optimization Solutions Provider is Looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Take the functional vision and break it down into actual technical and functional specifications for the developers.
- Run the daily operations and assign specific tasks to the team in our Hyderabad office.
- Review the team''''''''s code personally to make sure the quality is strictly maintained before we deploy anything.
- Mentor the current team to help them improve their skills, as they need senior leadership to reach the next level.
- Review the overall architecture and database design so the system is built to scale properly.
- Act as the head of the office in India for all administration, attendance tracking, and team management.
- Be the single point of contact and report progress or blockers to the Australian practice lead on a Daily/Weekly basis.
- Ensure that the features the team builds actually match the requirements given.
- Jump in to code or fix complex problems when the team gets stuck and cannot solve them.
- This is a salaried role and it is expected that while you will be in the office for the full day WITH_REPLACED the staff that the appropriate person will work the hours necessary to assist in the development of the WIN Solutions business in India.
Technical Qualifications
- Highly experienced in C# and React WITH_REPLACED the ability to jump into the code anytime.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, including database design and complex queries.
- Proven ability to write clear Technical Specifications and Functional Specifications.
- Experience WITH_REPLACED reporting tools like PowerBI and SSRS.
- Strong understanding of Version Control to manage code branches and releases.
- Previous experience leading a team and managing office operations.
