Requirements
- 7-9 years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in: Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices), GoLang development.
- Strong database knowledge: PostgreSQL, Redis.
- Good understanding of: Distributed systems, API design and integration patterns, Messaging and asynchronous processing, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Basic hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Monitoring, or equivalent services.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e. g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, AI coding assistants) for: Development acceleration, Code generation, Testing, Documentation, Troubleshooting.
- Experience building automation solutions using: UI automation tools, Workflow automation platforms, Scripting and process automation frameworks.
Leadership Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams of developers.
- Ability to drive technical discussions and architectural decisions.
