We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead who combines strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership excellence. This role demands end-to-end ownership, architectural decision-making, and the ability to drive engineering excellence across multiple product lines.
You’ll be working on high-transaction, low-latency systems while mentoring teams and shaping the technical roadmap.
💼 Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and drive technical delivery across multiple engineering initiatives
✔ Architect and design large-scale, high-throughput distributed systems
✔ Provide hands-on coding expertise using Python (FastAPI)
✔ Guide front-end development using React, TypeScript, Next.js
✔ Own system design, API design, DB schema design & microservices strategy
✔ Manage sprint planning, task allocation, code reviews & mentoring
✔ Collaborate with DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, containers, cloud concepts)
✔ Enforce coding standards, Git workflows & quality practices
✔ Work on async processing, caching, message queues & HA architecture
✔ Partner with Product, QA, Infra & leadership teams
