Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Tech Lead. The Tech Lead will oversee end-to-end project delivery, provide technical guidance to the team, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable software solutions, leading code reviews, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals. The Tech Lead will be instrumental in mentoring the team and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in software development, system design, and architecture
- Experience in managing and leading development teams with excellent project management skills
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
- Proficiency in web and mobile technologies, including front-end and back-end development frameworks
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices
- Highly developed problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the SaaS or transportation-tech industry is a strong advantage
