Job Title- Dot Lead with Epicor
Location- Bangalore/Hyderabad
Qualifications & Required Skills
Lead and manage POD team in a factory model
Drive multiple upgrade projects simultaneously
Conduct daily status calls and stakeholder communication
Ensure delivery quality and timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
Core Skills
- Strong experience in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Proficiency in Web API, MVC, Entity Framework / EF Core
- Hands-on experience with any modern frontend framework: Angular / React / Vue
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Experience in SQL Server troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture
- Ability to run daily status calls and manage team coordination
Epicor ERP / Kinetic Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Epicor/Kinetic technical development & upgrades
- Expertise in:
- BPMs (Method / Data / Function)
- Epicor Functions
- REST APIs
- BAQ / DBA tools
- Familiarity with:
- Epicor DMT
- Solution Workbench
- Migration Workbench
- Experience in large-scale cloud refreshes & tenant management
