Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with strong experience in Golang, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and database design. You will lead a team of engineers, drive system architecture, and build scalable, high-performance backend services.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers.
* Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Golang.
* Develop responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
* Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
* Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver quality solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
* Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
* Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
* Ensure timely delivery of projects and assigned tasks.
Required Skills
* Strong experience in Golang development.
* Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
* Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
* Experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
* Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL
* Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.
* Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms (GCP/Azure).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
* Experience in leading or mentoring a development team is preferred.
