Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Lead, 8+ Yrs of experience, based in Bengaluru. The Technical Lead will oversee the planning and execution of software development projects, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members. Responsibilities include designing and developing efficient technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The Technical Lead will also participate in code reviews, optimize existing systems, and stay updated with the latest development trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in software development languages and frameworks such as Java Full stack development.
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Java, Spring boot and related technologies. Design and implement responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, and Vue.js). Integrate front-end and back-end components to create seamless user experiences.
- Strong understanding of database management systems like SQL, Oracle, or similar systems
- Experience with system architecture design, software integration, and API development
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to analyze complex technical issues
- Leadership skills to manage and mentor development teams effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
- Experience with cloud platforms or DevOps tools is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development with proven leadership experience
