🧠 Tech Lead (AI) | Build, Lead, Scale
We’re hiring a Tech Lead (AI) — someone who can architect, build, and lead AI systems end-to-end while mentoring a high-performing engineering team.
If you’re someone who enjoys solving hard technical problems, building scalable AI products, and driving engineering excellence, this role is for you.
🔍 What You’ll Do
Lead AI product development end-to-end
- Architect and build scalable AI systems and infrastructure
- Drive the technical roadmap for AI-powered features and products
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Founders to ship high-impact solutions
Own technical execution
- Design and optimize LLM-powered systems, agents, RAG pipelines, and AI workflows
- Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of production systems
- Lead code reviews, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices
💡 Go beyond implementation:
- Evaluate trade-offs between models, infra, latency, and cost
- Improve system accuracy, reliability, and user experience through experimentation
- Solve real-world AI challenges involving retrieval, prompting, evaluation, and deployment
🧪 Build for scale:
- Design robust APIs and backend systems for AI applications
- Optimize inference pipelines and production workflows
- Establish monitoring, observability, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems
👥 Lead and mentor
- Guide and mentor engineers through technical challenges
- Set high standards for code quality and execution
- Help shape a strong engineering culture
🧠 What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in software engineering with strong exposure to AI/ML systems
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Python
- LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and prompt engineering
- Backend frameworks and APIs (FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, etc.)
- Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Databases, vector DBs, and scalable system design
- Production deployment and monitoring of AI systems
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Fine-tuning or model optimization
- Multi-agent systems
- GenAI products at scale
- Startups or fast-paced product environments

- Challenges technical assumptions instead of blindly implementing
- Cares deeply about product impact, not just shipping code
