Role Description
As a Tech Lead for AI/ML with 3.5 to 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies for our company's products. Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and test AI/ML algorithms and models that will enhance our products' functionality and performance. You will work closely with a team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your expertise in AI/ML will be crucial in identifying and implementing the most suitable algorithms and techniques to solve complex problems and improve our products' user experience. In this role, you will also be responsible for continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of our AI/ML models, as well as identifying and fixing any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI model development
- Strong skills in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with Data Engineering, Data Cleaning, and working with large datasets
- Strong understanding of Cloud Computing Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and deploying ML models in production environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with expertise in algorithm optimization and model performance tuning
- Experience with team leadership, mentoring, and collaboration in a cross-functional environment
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
