Role Description
As a Tech Lead for AI/ML with 3.5 to 8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies for our company's products. Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and test AI/ML algorithms and models that will enhance our products' functionality and performance. You will work closely with a team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your expertise in AI/ML will be crucial in identifying and implementing the most suitable algorithms and techniques to solve complex problems and improve our products' user experience. In this role, you will also be responsible for continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of our AI/ML models, as well as identifying and fixing any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), with experience in developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and hands-on experience with libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large datasets and implement data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques
- Experience in overseeing technical teams, mentoring junior developers, and managing project delivery schedules effectively
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing AI/ML workflows
- Understanding of software development life cycle, version control systems, and agile methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. or equivalent experience in AI/ML is a plus
- Experience working on applications such as computer vision, natural language processing, or predictive analytics is a significant advantage
