Tech Lead/Senior – Full Stack .NET Core Engineer
Location: Hybrid / On-site

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead/Senior – Full Stack .NET Core to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. You will lead a team of engineers, own technical decisions, and collaborate closely with product and architecture teams to shape our technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of full-stack .NET applications
- Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, pair programming, and best practices
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements
- Drive adoption of engineering standards, coding guidelines, and CI/CD practices
- Identify technical debt and proactively drive improvements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies as a technical owner (sprint planning, retrospectives, grooming)

Frontend
- React.js or Angular (TypeScript)

- Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault)
- Docker & Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines: Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions

Data
- SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Redis (caching)
- Basic familiarity with NoSQL (Cosmos DB / MongoDB)
Quality & Security
- Unit & integration testing: xUnit, NUnit, Moq
- OWASP security principles
- SAST/DAST tooling awareness
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead or Senior role
- Deep expertise in .NET Core and the broader Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (CQRS, Event Sourcing, Clean Architecture)
- Proven experience delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure AI / OpenAI integrations
- Familiarity with gRPC or SignalR
- Contributions to open-source or internal developer platforms
