We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can manage automation projects end-to-end while also contributing technically across workflows, backend systems, integrations, and infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who understands modern AI automation stacks, can independently solve technical problems, and is comfortable leading execution in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage automation projects from requirement gathering to deployment
- Build and maintain workflows using tools like:
- n8n
- GoHighLevel
- Claude Code / AI coding workflows
- AI agents and API-based automations
- Manage backend automation architecture and integrations
- Work with databases such as Supabase, Azure, AWS and relational databases
- Handle API integrations, webhooks, authentication flows, and third-party systems
- Maintain system reliability, debugging, and workflow optimization
- Manage access controls, user permissions, credentials, and basic security best practices
- Coordinate with all developers and ensure smooth backend connectivity across platforms
- Review technical implementations and guide junior developers where required
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth client delivery
- Maintain proper documentation for workflows, integrations, and system architecture
Required Skills- Strong hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation platforms
- Good understanding of AI automation ecosystems and modern AI tooling
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, databases, and backend systems
- Familiarity with Supabase or similar backend/database platforms
- Understanding of networking basics, hosting, deployment, and system security
- Ability to write and debug code independently (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)
- Experience with Git, version control, and deployment workflows
- Strong project ownership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a startup-style, execution-focused environment
Good to Have- Experience with GoHighLevel automations
- Exposure to Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience with Docker, VPS/server management, or cloud platforms
- Prior experience managing small technical teams or client projects
- Understanding of CRM, WhatsApp, Meta, or marketing automation integrations
