Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tech HR Intern based in Hyderabad. The Tech HR Intern will assist in implementing HR strategies, managing HR systems, coordinating communication within the team, and supporting training sessions. Daily tasks will involve working on HR management systems, aiding in recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related tools
- Strong Communication skills to facilitate effective team interactions
- Experience or interest in Training and employee development
- Ability to work on-site in an organised and professional manner
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferred: Understanding of aerospace or tech industry HR practices
