Role Overview
· We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional
(Individual Contributor) to drive strategic engagement and revenue from System
Integration (SI) partners across India.
· Based at our India Regional HQ (Delhi NCR), this role is
focused on building executive-level relationships (CXO/VP), driving
partner-led opportunities, and accelerating revenue through consultative
selling.
Key Responsibilities
· ? Strategic Partner Engagement
· Build and manage relationships with CXO / VP / Director-level
stakeholders within System Integrator (SI) partners
· Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making and
partner alignment
· Drive executive-level conversations around solutions, value
proposition, and business outcomes
· ? Revenue Ownership
· Own and deliver on revenue targets for assigned partner
accounts
· Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities through partner ecosystem
· Drive pipeline creation, deal progression, and closures independently
? Partner-Led Sales Motion
· Enable and activate SI partners to generate demand and expand
market reach
· Collaborate with field sales, OEMs, and partner teams to drive
joint opportunities
· Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within partner accounts
· ? Pipeline & Deal Management
· Maintain strong pipeline visibility using CRM tools
(Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot)
· Drive structured follow-ups, forecasting, and deal governance
· Ensure high conversion rates across opportunity stages
? Market & Industry Alignment
· Track trends in India SI ecosystem,
enterprise IT landscape, and distribution market
· Provide feedback on customer needs, competition, and pricing
dynamics

· 8–10 years of experience in B2B / inside
sales
· Strong experience working with System
Integrators / VAR Partners
· Proven ability to engage and influence
CXO/VP-level stakeholders
· Demonstrated success in individual
quota-carrying roles
· Strong understanding of distribution or
technology ecosystem
· Experience with CRM tools and structured
sales processes
· Full-time office Role at Noida HQ, Persons should be in or willing
to locate in Delhi NCR
