Job Summary:
The Operations Executive will be
responsible for accurately processing and managing purchase orders and sales
orders within the system. The role requires strong attention to detail,
coordination with internal teams, and adherence to company policies and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and process Purchase
Orders (POs) in the system with accuracy and timeliness
- Generate and manage Sales
Orders (SOs) as per business requirements
- Verify order details including
pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with procurement,
sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Maintain proper documentation
and records of all transactions
- Track order status and follow
up on pending or delayed entries
- Ensure compliance with internal
policies and approval workflows
- Assist in resolving
discrepancies related to orders or system entries

Requirements
Required Skills:
- Experience in handling high-volume
transactions
- Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot
Tables, etc.)
- Basic understanding of procurement and
sales processes
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive
approach
- Ability to meet deadlines and work
independently
- Proficiency in SAP B1 or similar
platforms is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration, Finance, or a related field
