Company Description:

Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai, India. The candidate will be responsible for driving channel sales growth, expanding TFG’s partner ecosystem, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Recruit, onboard, and activate new channel partners while nurturing existing relationships.

- Conduct sales and technical workshops to enable partners and drive product adoption.

- Oversee order management, resolve issues, and fast-track the order booking process.

- Collaborate with HQ and partners to manage credit lines and ensure financial compliance.

- Build capacity and capability within the distribution ecosystem through training and joint business planning.



Requirements

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in distribution sales, preferably in IT Infrastructure, AV, Cybersecurity products.

- Prior experience working with national distributors or VAD (e.g., Ingram Micro, Redington) is a strong plus.

- Proven ability to create and execute joint business plans with partners.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Self-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
