Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tech Department Head / Senior Web Development Lead to manage and guide our web development team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience handling clients professionally.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- React JS
- Angular JS
- WordPress Development
- Custom Post Types (CPT)
- API integration
- HTML5 / CSS3 / Bootstrap
- Figma to WordPress
- Figma to HTML/Bootstrap
- Good understanding of website architecture and UI/UX implementation
- Ability to manage developers and projects
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable in client meetings and project discussions
- Problem-solving mindset and team handling experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the web development team
- Manage client communication and technical discussions
- Review project quality and delivery
- Convert Figma designs into responsive websites
- Handle WordPress custom development projects
- Coordinate with designers and developers
- Ensure timely project completion
Preferred Candidate
- 6–8 years of experience in web development
- Leadership or team handling experience preferred
